The next Party it Forward event will occur on Sunday, June 23rd, 2024, from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Element Hotel in Midtown Tampa. Admission is free with early registration or $5.00 at the door. Secure your vendor spot by registering early through Eventbrite or calling 813-852-2052.
The day after the ‘big day’ – unless they are handed down to the next generation or given away – thousands of wedding dresses, suits, and leftover décor and trinkets gather dust, unappreciated and unused in someone’s closet.
We’ve decided to change that by creating an innovative concept to create a greener way to reuse or reinvent party leftovers.
Expanding our successful 2003-launched wholesale floral business Bridesnblooms to include Bridesnblooms Designs floral design, we’ve created a unique event for Do-It-Yourselfers.
Party-It-Forward is a pay-it-forward movement that benefits anyone self-planning any type of event. Whether it is a wedding, a Quinceañera, an anniversary, a bat or bar mitzvah, a graduation, or many other celebrations, the Party-It-Forward concept wants planners to save time and money and have a great time in the process. It’s a new concept in planning your celebration.
We’ve researched how many bridal items were being posted for sale on Craigslist and decided that we need to be showcasing and selling in the same place at the same time. We knew from experience that the majority of people who purchased wholesale flowers from Bridesnblooms were also buying everything else themselves.
At our events, check out beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces filled with the very best event vendors Tampa Bay has to offer. Vendors include floral, entertainment, photography, cakes, hair and makeup, attire, honeymoons, and much more.
Stroll into “Party It Forward” areas to purchase items from brides and planners selling their wares from previous weddings, events and parties at deeply discounted pricing.
The “Party It Forward” concept puts you together with past hosts of celebrations who had beautiful items and no longer have a use for them. Why pay retail at a discounted rate when you can find everything from ceremony décor, table numbers, centerpieces, place card holders, signage, etc? The things they no longer need will become your treasure trove.
Like a celebratory-themed garage sale, anyone can register with us and sell their surplus party items for a low table rental, but the space is limited. Do-It-Yourselfers can find affordable surplus and overstock party items for a small entry fee.
Vendors can register with Bridesnblooms Designs at this two-tier event. In addition, they can offer their party overstock for an additional fee.
